Japanese speaking SAP Rollout PMO (PP) Sector: Others Type: Full-time, Permanent (project until 2028) Location: South of Germany, near Basel in Switzerland (client office) Ref: HY47003 A Japanese Consulting Firm is looking for a Japanese speaking SAP Rollout PMO for the PP module to work at their client office in South Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the rollout project for PP modules, by liaising with the Japanese office and local members. You will be mostly stationed at a client office. Implement SAP PP module to the factory site. Oversee project management tasks, including progress tracking, issue resolution, and quality assurance (PMO functions). Develop proposal documents and cost estimates, and contribute to solution design and pre-sales activities. Coordinate and manage communication with Japanese HQ to ensure alignment and delivery quality. Preparation of English-language documentation and participation in cross-border meetings. Ideal Candidate Business operations experience in consulting project roles as IT advisory. Working knowledge and experience in IT and PMO. Implementation experience in SAP PP modules is essential. Serving in a PMO capacity within IT projects, including project governance, issue management, and stakeholder coordination. Solution proposal development, including responding to RFPs, preparing proposals, and contributing to conceptual design. Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project dynamics. Experience working in a consulting firm or system integrator (SIer) would be advantageous. Strong pre-sales skills, with experience in collaborating with sales teams to develop client proposals and secure new business preferred. Business level fluency in both English and Japanese.
