Procurement Officer Role:
The Procurement Officer supports the Marketing Division in preparing and drafting contractual and procurement documentation. This involves signing contracts with existing external providers under current Framework Agreements and launching open/public Call for Tenders to procure new external providers.
* Procurement Support
o Assists in preparing and reviewing Calls for Tenders (CFTs) under existing Framework Agreements.
o Supports the drafting and review of all documentation for CFTs for upcoming open/public procurement procedures.
o Utilizes procurement tools such as Mercell to manage sourcing activities.
* Contract Management & Stakeholder Coordination
o Conducts contract compliance checks.
o Assists in drafting and maintaining contract templates.
o Liaises with internal stakeholders to submit documentation and incorporate feedback.
* Monitoring & Reporting
o Monitors timelines to ensure contracts are signed on schedule.
o Performs quality reviews of internal documentation and materials submitted by external providers.
Requirements:
* A minimum of three (3) years' relevant professional experience in procurement processes and contractual documentation.
* Knowledge of public procurement regulations is an advantage.
* Familiarity with procurement platforms and tools is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent knowledge of English, with knowledge of other EU languages being an advantage.
