The position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge solutions in voice products and customer engagement platforms.You have:10+ years of experience in UI/UX DesignExperience in Data-Driven & Voice Products: Expertise in designing interfaces for analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools and familiarity with designing for voice-enabled products, including understanding workflows like call transcription, real-time analytics, and voice commands.Data Visualization Expertise: Ability to transform raw data into user-friendly, visually appealing charts, graphs, and reporting Website Design Proficiency: Strong command of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.UX Tools & Analytics: Experience using tools like Hotjar, FullStory, Google Analytics, or Pendo to investigate actual usage, identify pain points, and inform iterative design improvements.Ability to Move Fast: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive initiatives to completion with minimal oversight.User Research & Testing: Knowledge of user research methodologies and a strong ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements.Development Alignment: Ability to create componentized, reusable design elements and adhere to development standards for easier implementation.
