Your mission
As our Circularity Program Manager, you ensure that our customers’ established take-back and recycling programs in the MedTech and Pharma industry run reliably, consistently, and as designed across countries and stakeholders.
Your core mission is to own program integrity and execution quality by translating complex operational realities into clear structures, early risk signals, identify growth potential and share actionable feedback. You act as the central coordination point between customer country leads, internal solution and operations teams, and our recycling network — ensuring alignment, continuity, and predictability.
You are responsible for maintaining a single source of truth on program performance, deviations, and open issues, and for escalating risks or opportunities with clarity and discipline. Through this, you enable our customers to operate compliant, scalable circularity programs — and enable our internal teams to improve and evolve them over time.
Your responsibilities
Own Program Execution & Integrity
* Own the end-to-end health of assigned circularity, take-back, and recycling programs once they move beyond pilot.
* Ensure programs are executed as designed, including regulatory intent, partner setup and communication material
* Monitor program KPIs, milestones, volumes, revenue and deviations across countries and customers
* Proactively identify opportunities as well as when programs drift, underperform, or are locally reinterpreted — and intervene early.
Act as Central Coordination Point
* Serve as the primary operational contact for customer country leads and internal stakeholders. Align and coordinate across:
o customer country organizations
o internal Solutions and Operations teams
o external recycling and logistics partners
* Ensure clarity on responsibilities, timelines, escalation paths, and success criteria.
* You build strong relationships with decision makers and position Resourcify as a long-term strategic partner
Enable Strategic Account Development, Decisions & Scaling
* Work closely with the Solutions team and translate real-world operational feedback, constraints, and performance data into structured, actionable input to enable customer development
* You identify patterns across multiple customers and feed them back into the organization in a structured way
* Help identify growth opportunities by closely engaging with customers and their changing needs to enable informed strategic discussions with the solutions team
* Surface clear, evidence-based signals related to:
o scalability limits and operational bottlenecks
o regulatory risks or opportunities
o potential program extensions or adaptations
What you'll bring along to be successful
Must-haves
* High level of ownership (proactive working style), clear communication and confident decision making
* Strong communication and customer-development skills, with the ability to earn trust across customer teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
* Proactive mindset toward program quality and customer happiness to identify growth opportunities, tackle recurring issues, and improve processes.
* Proven ability to operate at the intersection of operations, customers, and internal teams, coordinating multiple parties toward a shared outcome.
* High comfort handling complexity and many parallel topics (regulatory, operational, logistical, and stakeholder-driven) without losing structure.
* Ability to translate operational realities into clear communication, aligned expectations and concrete customer development plans.
* Fluent in written and spoken German as well as English (French is a strong plus)
Nice-to-haves
* Experience in MedTech, Pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries with exposure to compliance-driven operations.
* Experience in SaaS or platform based business models
* Exposure to recycling, circular economy or sustainability related topics
