The aim is to promote educational opportunities to graduates as you consolidate your theoretical and clinical skills. This is a structured program with a comprehensive orientation, paid professional development days, and debriefing sessions which are supported by a dedicated learning team.Upon successful completion of the program, you will be presented with a certificate of completion.* Commencing in May.* Applications open to graduates who are eligible for the PMCV 2025 graduate match and have been unsuccessful in matching with a health service* Applicants must be registered with the Postgraduate Medical Council of Victoria Computer Matching Service and rank Mercy Health in their preferences.
