Responsibilities Efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing mail, with a focus on processing via beA Calculation, monitoring, and reliable management of deadlines, including maintenance of the digital deadline calendar Support in RVG-related matters as well as in foreclosure proceedings Organization and maintenance of both physical and digital client files Professional handling of telephone inquiries, as well as welcoming and assisting guests and visitors Preparation of cost statements, including RVG calculations Assistance in the drafting and preparation of legal pleadings Execution of general office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Your Profile Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a legal assistant (REFA) Completed vocational training - Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte:r Excellent command of written and spoken German, and strong proficiency in MS Office applications A structured, independent, and detail-oriented approach to work A proactive, reliable, and hands-on attitude paired with strong team spirit
