We are looking for a CRM Rollout Manager to play a key role in the successful deployment of our global CRM-related programs across multiple markets. In this role, you will support and coordinate rollout readiness, testing, training, and hypercare activities, ensuring all business units and local teams are aligned, informed, and fully prepared for a smooth go-live and post-launch stabilization. You will also contribute to the development of scalable rollout templates and optimized processes to enable consistent, efficient, and repeatable rollouts across regions. Working closely with program management, PMO colleagues, functional streams (e.g. product owners), IT, our Change and Communications Team, and Market Units, you will consolidate program requests, coordinate various rollout activities, including, but not limited to, local testing and training efforts, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure effective execution throughout the rollout process. Purpose / Key Responsibilities: Rollout Readiness & Coordination Drive rollout readiness by consolidating program requests and coordinating various (post-) rollout activities, including, but not limited to, local testing and training efforts Coordinate the nominations of workshop participants and ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and informed at the right time Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional coordination during (post-) rollout phases, keeping teams aligned and on track Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues promptly to ensure smooth program delivery Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Proactively communicate with Market and Business Units to ensure readiness and alignment Support change management in close collaboration with our change and communications team, by ensuring all relevant teams understand upcoming processes, timelines, and responsibilities Rollout Optimization Contribute to the development of scalable rollout templates and standardized processes, capturing lessons learned and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and consistency for future rollouts Ensure feedback from testing and rollout activities is communicated effectively to relevant teams Requisite Qualification & Experience: University degree in Communications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field At least 4 years of experience in communications, program or project management, PMO, as a Rollout Manager, or consulting, ideally in complex, multi-project environments Hands-on experience with CRM programs or system rollouts, preferably Salesforce Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders, testing, and training across multiple teams and locations Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Solid understanding of rollout processes and change management Proficiency with standard office and project collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence); project management certification is a plus Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented work style Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
