Your tasks:
Analysis of structured data to answer technical questions – with a focus on fraud detection;
Translation of technical requirements into scalable data models and maintainable code;
Development, training and validation of statistical and machine learning models;
Integration of models and analyses into production software solutions
; Participation in data-related backend functions and web services (e.g., REST APIs);
Ensuring traceability and quality through clear technical documentation ;
Collaboration on selected topics of cloud infrastructure (especially Microsoft Azure).

Your profile:
Completed university degree (e.g., computer science, mathematics, economics, mathematics, computer science, etc.). Data Science, (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar)
Very good knowledge of Python and experience with ML and statistical libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn)
Sound knowledge of data modeling and statistical learning
Confident handling of SQL and relational databases
Experience in the productive use of data-driven models
Knowledge of API design or web development is an advantage
Experience with cloud environments, ideally Azure, is desirable
Good German and English skills
