About the Job
This role is focused on managing and delivering secure services to our clients.
You will work closely with our team to create, implement and maintain security processes and procedures that meet industry standards.
Your mission will be to ensure the seamless delivery of our managed security services, while also staying up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for all security-related queries and concerns from clients.
* Work collaboratively with our SOC Manager and Project Managers to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.
* Analyze and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure they meet the needs of our services.
* Develop and disseminate periodic reports to clients on the status of their security services.
* Manage and respond to security requests and needs within our organization.
* Support the implementation of security controls and protocols.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in IT Security or a related field.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in IT Security, Security Management, Telecommunications, and Cybersecurity topics.
* Knowledge of hardware/software systems and security infrastructure.
* Familiarity with security governance activities such as ISO/IEC 27000, NIST, and FIPS.
* Certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 27005:2011 Risk Manager, and ITILv3, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC.
* Fluency in English and French.
