What you’ll do Employer Branding Update our Employer Brand in a ONE METRO Group context. Own and develop our social media presence: create engaging content, review strategies, and share our story with the world. Organize events and create presentations that bring our brand and culture to life. Talent Management Shape the onboarding experience: review and update our onboarding process to ensure a smooth start for new joiners. Drive monthly onboarding sessions to welcome new colleagues into our journey. Conduct training needs analysis across departments and building tailored learning plans using internal and external resources. Implement succession planning to support sustainable growth and future leadership across the company. You've got up to 3 years of experience as Brand Experience Manager / Employer Branding Specialist / Talent Manager or in a similar role. Strong project management skills: planning, executing, and delivering initiatives on time and budget. Experience in brand strategy Experience with common social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn) and tools including performance analysis Experience in training needs analysis, learning program design, and evaluation. Understanding of succession planning, relevant tools and methodologies (e.g. talent reviews, HiPo identification). A collaborative spirit and eagerness to work with cross-functional, international teams. Self-driven, structured and solution-oriented Strong visual communication skills (design skills are a plus). Fluency in English (our company language).
