Job Overview
As a key account partnership manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic customer partnerships. Your role will involve building trust and advisory relationships with customers to identify opportunities and implement innovative commercial strategies.
Your primary objective will be to establish Awin as a relevant partner for our affiliate programs by developing strong relationships with customers and publishers. You will also be responsible for creating reports and providing performance analyses to help customers achieve their target KPIs.
In addition to these tasks, you will also be responsible for coordinating customer-related budgets, expanding existing and new cooperations in the affiliate program, and upselling existing Awin tools to optimize partner programs.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent customer orientation, solid sales techniques, creative thinking, and analytical skills. You should also have a strong focus on quality and reliable escalation and conflict management.
Key Requirements:
* First experiences in the online/performance marketing industry or in the customer field.
* Strong focus on quality as well as excellent customer orientation and service readiness.
* Reliable escalation and conflict management even with complex challenges.
* Solid sales techniques and strong persuasion skills.
* Creative thinking to bring new ideas and drive the development of customers forward.
* Analytical skills and first technical understanding of tracking issues.
