About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop a key operational site focused on the sale, rental, and service of material handling equipment.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial responsibility. You will drive business performance, ensure operational excellence, and foster a high-performing team culture while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Management & Business Performance
* Implement and execute the business strategy at branch level
* Hold full P&L responsibility for the site
* Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share
* Ensure adherence to company processes, standards, and policies
* Represent the branch externally in the local market
Sales & Commercial Development
* Actively engage in day-to-day business, including key account acquisition
* Lead and develop sales activities within the assigned territory
* Strategically manage the aftermarket and rental business
* Identify growth opportunities and implement targeted actions
Customer Experience & Operational Excellence
* Ensure a strong customer-centric approach across all functions
* Drive customer satisfaction and service quality standards
* Increase productivity through continuous improvement and best practices
* Maintain high operational efficiency across the branch
Leadership & People Management
* Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team
* Foster a positive work environment and strong team spirit

Requirements
Education
* Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Training with further specialization, or equivalent qualification
Experience
* Several years of experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or in a comparable leadership role
* Mandatory experience in material handling equipment or a related industry
