As Senior HR Manager, you will be primarily responsible for strategic and operational human resources tasks at our European Headquarter. In this role, you will support several teams with overall 350 employees in Germany.
You will work closely with our executives and management teams and consult them around all strategic human resources issues and questions relating to HR management, German labor law regulations, and works council law when it comes to HR processes throughout the employee life cycle.
Among your tasks, you will also be responsible for designing and implementing HR guidelines, strategies, and programs as well as change and organizational development processes, connected to Global and/or European HR guidelines and initiatives.
Since this role sits in the European Headquarter You will also connect to countries' HR colleagues for an aligned approach

Ideally, you have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources (e.g., HR specialist, HR management)
You also have several years of professional experience in strategic, conceptual, and operational human resources, preferably as an HR business partner or HR manager.
Your very good communication skills in German and English also make it easy for you to formulate messages that are concise and appropriate for the respective target group, as well as to appear confident in any environment.
