YOUR TASKS
1. We offer you an 18 to 24-month trainee program and a permanent employment contract
2. You will get to know many different areas of the company, such as Data Intelligence (Analytics) and Finance Controlling
3. You will take on specialist and project responsibilities from day one
4. You will analyze complex data with the goal of providing our partners with the best possible advice on both operational and strategic issues
5. Working in an agile team, you will provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to optimize campaigns
6. You will be responsible for financial controlling, including planning and reporting at the P&L -level
7. You will optimize the controlling of digital business models and the further development of existing KPI systems
8. You will work with other trainees on exciting and forward-thinking trainee projects
9. You will receive individual supervision and have the opportunity to network within the entire PAYBACK GROUP
YOUR PROFILE
10. You have a university degree in economics, statistics, mathematics or a comparable qualification.
11. You possess a strong understanding of numbers as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills
12. You like to think your way through business questions and answer them using available data
13. You are proactive, innovative, creative and a team player
14. High self-motivation, assertiveness and very good communication skills
15. Your German and English skills are very good
