Your tasks
1. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll-relevant data
2. Provide reliable HR operations support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, issuing certificates, sickness and absence matters, etc.)
3. Maintain compliant, efficient, and well-documented HR processes
4. Support managers and employees with high service orientation and professionalism
5. Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes, digitalisation, and organisational development
Your profile
6. Experience with HRIS / HR tools and solid understanding of labour law and HR processes
7. Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
8. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
9. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
10. Fluency in German and English language
