We are looking for a Sales Lead to join us full-time asap.
As the Sales Lead, you will be instrumental in scaling our customer base and fueling the Xaver's growth.
Your role involves a strategic blend of business development and enterprise sales, focusing on forging strong relationships with banks, insurers and brokers.
Utilize your experience in enterprise sales and your existing network to establish new relationships with key stakeholders in banks, insurance companies, and brokerage firms to promote our products and services.
Enterprise Sales Strategy:
Develop with the team a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at large financial institutions, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.
Navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts to close deals with enterprise-level clients, focusing on long-term partnerships.
Marketing & Sales Integration:
Collaborate closely with the other teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns, optimizing outreach and engagement with potential B2B clients.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales approaches and marketing efforts, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our go-to-market strategy.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the financial services sector (bank, insurer, asset manager, technology provider for financial services industry, B2B fintech company).
Demonstrated success in enterprise sales and managing complex sales cycles.
A proactive and strategic mindset, with a passion for innovation and agility in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Fluency in English and German is essential, with additional European languages being a plus.
