About your role A vital go‑to person for the team and our affluent clients. You’ll help clients manage their investments and save for the futures they want, while also participating in sales and campaign management activities. Ideally, you have a profound knowledge of investment products and markets, with the ability to present on‑point market insights to clients and the team. Provide assistance in fund questions and market views or fund alternatives in the respective market phase for our clients Carry out customer meetings on site Explain our products and services, while ensuring clients can get the best out of our tools Handle and resolve a wide range of issues from clients and colleagues, making every conversation, email and letter a positive and helpful experience Participate in client events and represent our company at fairs Be involved in the conception, planning and management of sales measures such as mailings or events Provide ideas for current topics in newsletters, web or mailings About you Eager to grow your knowledge and your career, you’ll fit right in.
