Your tasks
9. Answering daily inquiries from aircraft operators regarding parking and storage via the system portal TechRequest
10. Technical assessment of the specific condition of an aircraft in the event of deviations from the regular maintenance procedure, and determination of corrective measures for safe return to service.
11. Proactive identification of potential risks regarding unsafe or inadequately protected conditions during the parking and storage process
12. Defining and managing priorities within the area of responsibility, as well as targeted resolution of technical problems.
13. Continuous coordination with various internal and external stakeholders, as well as supporting the customer service team with complex technical issues.
Your profile
14. Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree)
15. Several years of solid professional experience (at least 2 years) in engineering, technical customer service, and the aerospace industry
16. At least 1 year of practical experience in aircraft maintenance
17. Good knowledge in the field of civil aviation documentation (CA documentation)
18. Proficient use of Google Workspace and ideally some initial experience in stakeholder management.
19. Advanced German skills and fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
20. The ability to quickly grasp highly complex technical relationships, analyze them in a structured manner, and document them precisely.
21. A dynamic mindset, strong communication skills, and an independent and results-oriented work style.
