How do we best organise operating models? What are the strategic considerations behind our new acquisitions?Your roleTake charge of projects and act as a challenging partner in problem-solving.Identify and understand the key drivers of business challenges.Develop clear project approaches and define the scope of tasks.Coordinate and lead project teams, consisting of cross-functional members and external consultants.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all hierarchy levels, including the Executive Board, and present your recommendations.Conduct necessary analyses and derive data-driven recommendations.Your profileA degree with excellent grades in natural sciences, engineering or business administration or a combinationAt least 4 years at one of the leading management consultancies, corporate strategy or other fast-paced strategy roles leading project teamsStrong problem solving skills, results-orientation, project management, and communication skillsOutstanding analytical competence, strategic and outside-the-box thinkingEnjoy working in an agile way in networked, diverse, and interdisciplinary teams and passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technologiesFluent English skills, German is a plusBecome part of the fast, dynamic team and actively shape the future of our corporate strategy at ZEISS through effective strategy projects!Your ZEISS Recruiting Team:Carina-Rachele Germano
