We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative VIP with German to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.
Location:
Romania/Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class service, support and guidance to our client base via chat, phone, and email.
- Represent the company and its products at the highest possible level.
- In-depth understanding of multiple workflows, policies, and tools.
- Provide knowledge to our customers and best practices in how to gather and use information.
- Schedule and attend meetings.
- Stay up to date on the latest financial happenings and major headlines.
- Participation in exciting events in our industry (expos, seminars, etc.).
- Respond in timely manner to all the needs and inquiries of our customers.
- Ensure all client inquiries are responded to in full, including any follow-up inquiries.
Requirements:
- Be a native or near native German speaker.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have excellent knowledge of the financial market.
- Have a University / College degree in Business, Marketing, Computer related field or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is mandatory.
- Have good knowledge of ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar).
- Have advanced computer skills:
CRM.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, organizational and time management skills.
