Tasks
Your diverse responsibilities will mostly include analyzing and managing global sales performance and market development, as well as developing innovative sales tools and processes:
1. Monitoring and evaluation of relevant key figures of the global sales organization including preparation of reports to top management and world regions
2. Analyzing data concerning sales-relevant topics such as the customer, the market, the network, or the product, as well as suggesting solutions in the mentioned fields
3. Various projects in the context of sales performance and business intelligence (e.g. PowerBI, digitalization, etc.)
4. Rollout and user guidance of sales IT tools by creating training materials such as videos or manuals
5. Further development of sales management processes and supporting tools

Requirements
At the start of the internship, you will be at least in your 3rd semester of a degree program in business administration, logistics management, or a comparable field
11. Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and in the case of a mandatory internship, a written must be enclosed with the application) or you are completing the internship between your bachelor’s and master’s studies (gap year)
12. You have strong analytical thinking and presentation skills
13. You enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders and international markets
14. You demonstrate a high level of commitment and independence
15. You are confident in using MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; prior experience with BI applications (e.g. MicroStrategy or Power BI) is an advantage
16. You are fluent in written and spoken English. German is a plus
