About us

Rabot Energy is an independent provider of dynamic electricity tariffs with 100% green electricity. With our innovative purchasing strategies, we ensure both ecological sustainability and cost optimization in home energy management. By passing on the exchange purchase prices to our customers, we can reduce their electricity bills by an average of 35%. Owners of electric vehicles and smart meters can particularly benefit from our dynamic electricity tariff, as they can automatically charge their vehicles at home when the exchange electricity prices are particularly low. In our Rabot Energy app, charging preferences can be easily set and the current exchange electricity prices can be tracked. With our intelligent charging solutions, we are actively contributing to increasing the share of green electricity in total electricity consumption in Germany.

Our vision is to give every customer the opportunity to control their own energy consumption smartly while protecting the environment and resources. By offering smart charging and energy management, Rabot Energy is helping to actively drive the energy transition. We have already been able to convince over 100,000 customers with our idea.

Why now?

The energy market is experiencing the biggest upheaval in 50 years. We no longer manage electricity, we make it intelligent. RABOT is growing at triple-digit rates – and with the launch of our home storage system and a fresh rebrand, we are currently rewriting our brand story.

What is missing so far: someone to tell this story on social. Organic reach and awareness are strategic priorities for us – but no one is yet responsible for them dedicatedly. This is your stage. You'll build our social presence from scratch – with your own budget for external creators and a team that has your back.


Aufgaben

Your mission

You make RABOT visible on social. You decide which channels we use first and why, define our content pillars and adapt the new brand tone of voice for social. You establish a posting cadence that builds reach instead of just producing posts.

At the same time, you will build a network of influencers and creators: You will brief, control quality and develop real relationships - and manage the associated budget independently. You will work closely with the Brand & Content team, report directly to the Head of Marketing and lead the function with the clear goal of soon being fully independent.

Your results

We think in terms of results, not to-do lists. If you're successful, it looks like this:

Month 3 (Ramp-up)

  • Your platform strategy is in place: You have prioritized which channels we use first – and can justify why.
  • The content pillars have been defined, and the brand tone of voice has been adapted for social.
  • On at least two platforms (Instagram + LinkedIn) there is a consistent posting cadence.
  • Your first creator roster has been identified and prioritized, and the first external productions have been commissioned.

Month 6 (Performance)

  • 1–2 primary channels (Instagram + LinkedIn) are performing well and show clear reach momentum. Facebook and YouTube are being used exploratively – initial tests are underway, potential has been assessed and prioritization decisions have been made.
  • The reach on the main channels is growing measurably.
  • Two to three influencer collaborations are operational.
  • Your reporting framework for reach, engagement and channel contribution is in place and will be reported regularly.

Month 12 (Scale)

  • RABOT has a recognizable, independent social media presence in the German-speaking energy market.
  • Organic reach measurably contributes to awareness KPIs.
  • A stable influencer and creator network is established.
  • You have structurally expanded the function – whether with a junior in the team or a fixed external creator portfolio – and lead it completely independently.

Profil

Who we are looking for

  • Account Architect: You have demonstrably built up at least one B2C account from 0 to 50,000–100,000+ followers – on your own responsibility, not from agency distance. You know how reach is created from scratch because you did it yourself (3-5 years of experience).
  • Platform native: Instagram and LinkedIn are your home, at a senior level. Content mix, algorithms, format testing, posting cadence – you make decisions based on data (insights, social listening), not from your gut.
  • Networker: You brief creators and influencers, control quality, and build real relationships – not just transactions. You control your creator and content budget independently.
  • Eye: You have a strong visual sense. You create convincing briefs and produce simple assets yourself instead of waiting for others for each post.
  • Doer: Greenfield is not a risk for you, but an invitation. You don't need a ready-made playbook – you write it yourself. You take ownership, work in a structured way and keep a clear head even in ambiguity.
  • Language: You write and communicate in German at C1 level.

Nice to have: YouTube experience (longform or shorts), background in energy, cleantech or FinTech, basic knowledge of meta ads, your own creator account and experience in building a small in-house team (junior, working student).
