Acceptance of inquiries or complaints, preparation of offers Entry of orders in the company-specific transport management system Invoice verification and correspondence with external service providers and specialist departments Close cooperation with colleagues (m/f/d) in the customs department and transport planning Development and optimization of existing and new processes Reporting/shipment tracking Ensuring that customer-specific KPIs are met. Qualifications: Completed commercial training, e.g. B. Clerk for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d) or similar Experience in telephone customer service and complaints management. Excellent communication skills and experience in direct customer contact. Confident German/English language skills, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of MS Office.
