3. Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung der Mitarbeiter des Einkaufs
4. Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen nach Vorgaben bzw. Bedarfen
5. Einführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung relevanter KPIs des Einkaufs
6. Planung und Steuerung des BBW-Einkaufs in Zusammenarbeit und nach Vorgaben externer Konzernbereichen
7. Sicherstellen des effizienten Einsatzes und Nutzung der E-Procurement-Systeme und Einkaufssoftware
8. Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse und Einhaltung der geltenden SBD-Richtlinien und Policies
9. Einkaufscontrolling und Umsetzung von Anforderungen an Einkaufskonditionen von internen Schnittstellen
10. Suche nach neuen Lieferanten und kostengünstigen Alternativen
11. Konzeption von Beschaffungs- und Lieferstrategien / Umsetzung von Konzernvorgaben für „preferred supplier solutions“
12. Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung DV-gestützter Lösungen
13. Entscheidungsvorbereitung zur Hardware- und Softwarebeschaffung
14. IT Infrastruktur Koordination
Anforderungsprofil:
15. abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung Schwerpunkt Einkauf oder vergleichbares betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium
16. mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf eines Industriebetriebes mit Konzernzugehörigkeit in Verbindung mit Führungserfahrung
17. Erfahrung mit ERP-System vorzugsweise SAP
18. Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen
19. sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift) in deutscher und englischer Sprache
20. Bewusstsein für ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 50001
21. Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und lösungsfokussierter Herangehensweise
22. Kommunikationsstärke und teamorientiertes Arbeiten
