Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager - Germany - COMPETITIVE SALARY!
One of the largest affiliate networks in the world is hiring for a CRO Manager candidate in Germany.
Sphere have recently partnered with one of the best and most exciting affiliate networks in the globe. They work with the leading brands and companies worldwide within fashion, beauty, finance, dating, food and entertainment industries.
They are looking to hire a talented and ambitious CRO Manager who will drive exciting and innovative A/B testing, manage projects and improve user acquisition & retention.
The role is based in Berlin and is a hybrid role. Fluent/Native English is a MUST.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the full A/B testing lifecycle: ideation, setup, execution, analysis, and documentation
* Collaborate closely with design, content, and IT teams to implement test ideas efficiently
* Write clear user stories and technical tasks for developers, with defined success criteria
* Own and maintain the analytics setup across multiple websites
* Perform funnel and competitor analysis to inform testing opportunities
* Use web analytics tools to generate actionable insights and prioritize test ideas
* Draw actionable insights from test results and create a library of documented learnings
* Prioritize and run tests that contribute to conversion improvements and business growth
Essential Experience:
* Experience in Conversion Optimisation, digital experimentation, or performance marketing
* Hands‑on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Matomo)
* Strong understanding of web analytics and user behaviour metrics
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, testable ideas
* Comfortable writing technical specs or user stories for development teams
* Detail‑oriented, conscientious, and confident in making decisions
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
