Information Security, Senior Officer
based in Hamm
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Security Officer with a focus on Identity and Access Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust security policies and IAM frameworks to protect our organization's information assets. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks, as well as collaborating with various teams to embed security controls into systems and processes.
Information Security:
* Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures in line with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements;
* Lead risk assessments and security audits, recommend mitigations;
* Respond promptly and effectively to information security incidents;
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to embed security controls into systems, projects, and processes;
* Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees, fostering a culture of security across the organization.
Identity and Access Management:
* Develop and maintain an IAM roadmap that aligns with the organization's overall security strategy and business objectives;
* Maintain and improve the IAM framework, in line with the organization's security policies and business needs;
* Design and implement role based access control (RBAC) for new and existing systems;
* Evaluate and recommend IAM technologies and solutions to enhance the organization's security posture;
* Conduct regular access re-certification campaigns to verify that users have appropriate access rights;
* Implement automated tools to streamline the certification process;
* Implement continuous monitoring and auditing of IAM activities to detect and respond to suspicious behavior;
* Develop and maintain IAM metrics and dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of IAM processes and controls;
* Provide regular reports to senior management on IAM performance and compliance.
Your profile:
* You have a Master Degree in IT ideally with a strong focus in Security;
* You have at least 5 years' experience as an IAM Specialist;
* You have strong verbal and written communication skills both in French and English;
* You have experience in defining and implementing IAM strategies and solutions;
* You have a good knowledge of IAM protocols (OpenID, Oauth, SAML, Roll based Access, Claim Based Access);
* You have in-depth understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls;
* You have experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools;
* You have experience of Zero Trust model;
* You have strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
* You have demonstrated expertise in working with clients with a focus on customer service with the ability to adapt to diverse interlocutors;
* You are highly motivated, organized individual with strong analytical skills, who is able to work methodically with minimal supervision;
* You are an effective team player who demonstrates initiative and strives for continual improvement.
