We at SaaSlyte are partnering with a global, product-led SaaS company with a broad B2B suite (CRM, CX, marketing, finance, custom apps & more). For their German hub in the Essen area, we’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist (DACH) who wants to own the first steps of the customer journey – from “we’ve just bought” to “this really works for our business”.
This is not classic support and not pure sales. It’s a mix of consulting, training and customer success: you translate business needs into smart setups, guide customers through their first months and make sure they actually get value from the product.

What you’ll do
* Act as the primary contact after the sale for new DACH customers and guide them through a structured onboarding.
* Run online onboarding sessions, trainings and workshops (occasionally on-site) for teams and key users.
* Understand customer goals and processes, then design a clear onboarding plan (1–3 months depending on size and package).
* Configure the product together with the customer: fields, workflows, automations, permissions, basic integrations, etc.
* Show best practices and concrete use cases so customers can work independently after onboarding.
* Track onboarding progress, document key decisions and ensure a clean handover to Customer Success & Support.
* Work closely with Sales, Presales, Customer Success and Support to align expectations and solve edge cases.
* Help improve playbooks, templates and training material based on what you learn in your sessions.
What you bring
* 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role such as Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementation, Presales or Technical Support – ideally in SaaS or software.
* Fluent German (customer-facing) and very good English (internal, documentation, global team).
* Strong presentation & training skills – you’re comfortable running live product demos for groups.
* Clear technical affinity:
* you understand how SaaS tools, business processes and data flows connect
* you like working in admin interfaces, settings, workflows and automations
* Experience with CRM or other B2B SaaS platforms is a big plus.
* Nice-to-have (not a must):
* Background in presales, implementation or consulting
* First experience with APIs, automation or integrations
* Creating or improving training material / playbooks
* You’re structured and proactive: you can manage several onboardings in parallel and keep stakeholders aligned.
* You’re based in NRW / Essen area, have valid EU work authorization and are happy to work in a hybrid setup.
Setup, working model & benefits
* Location: Office in the Essen area, hybrid work.
* Onsite: Around 3 days per week in the office for collaboration with Sales, Presales, CS and Support.
* Travel: Occasional customer visits in the DACH region + trips to other European offices and to the global product hubs (e.g. India) for deeper enablement.
