WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Define, create and maintain Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) analyses for military vehicle and turret systems
2. Define RAM specifications for assemblies and functions for internal development areas and subcontractors
3. Develop forecasts for reliability, availability and maintainability KPIs for military vehicle and turret systems
4. Evaluating technical concepts and development results with regard to RAM
5. Define maintenance plans for military vehicle and turret systems
6. Close cooperation with internal and external contacts from the ILS division on material maintenance concept definitions (LORA)
7. Recording and evaluating field data with regard to reliability, availability and maintainability
8. Coordinating work results with national and international customers customers
9. Creating topic-related evaluations and status reports for national and international customers
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
10. Technical studies or comparable specialist training with further training as a technician (m/f/d)
11. Professional experience in the operation and/or maintenance of military systems is an advantage
12. Good technical understanding of functional processes as well as malfunctions and their effects
13. Confident in reading and interpreting construction documents, in particular technical drawings and CAD models
14. Initiative and excellent analytical skills
15. Knowledge of requirements management (requirements engineering)
16. Experience in creating reliability calculations
17. Knowledge of tools such as DOORS, FTA, Reliability Block Diagrams
18. Ability to work in a team
19. Willingness to travel occasionally
