Job Description:
You will play a pivotal role in strengthening the presence of our partners by acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships. As the primary point of contact, you will provide consulting, quoting, selling, and support services to our partners.
* Develop and implement key account management strategies to drive business growth;
* Enhance the performance of our internal sales team through coaching and development programs;
* Streamline sales processes using advanced tools and SAP systems;
* Ensure lead generation, market transparency, and structured reporting;
* Contribute to cross-functional business planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a multinational company with regular international travel;
* Technical sales experience in lifting equipment or crane applications is an advantage;
* Excellent English language skills (mother tongue preferred), with additional language skills beneficial;
* Proficient use of sales-related tools and ideally the SAP system;
* High degree of personal responsibility and strong interpersonal and sales skills.
