Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Investor Relations to join our team. This role is responsible for shaping our engagement with the financial community through strategic planning, execution of investor relations activities, and building long-term relationships with institutional investors.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute investor relations strategies to enhance our visibility among institutional investors and sell-side analysts
o Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other market participants
o Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and materials for quarterly and annual earnings releases, in collaboration with financial reporting and management teams
o Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and market sentiment to inform investor relations decisions
o Continuously evaluate and improve investor relations processes and tools, including IR software, CRM systems, and website content
* Requirements:
o A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
o Proven experience in financial-oriented roles, such as Investor Relations, Controlling, Equity Research, Corporate M&A, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory
o At least 5 years of relevant experience in capital markets or finance, preferably within a publicly listed company
o Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information
o Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity with IR software and CRM tools an asset
o High level of initiative, flexibility, and team orientation
o Fluency in English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills
