Job Overview
We are seeking a German-speaking Technical Business Developer to join a growing technology-driven organization in Berlin. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in B2B tech sales, capable of identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
Work Schedule
* Monday to Friday
* 09:00 – 17:00
* No weekend or night shifts
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B business opportunities within the technology sector
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing
* Engage with decision-makers and technical stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
* Position technical solutions effectively, aligning product value with client needs
* Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools
* Collaborate with internal technical and account teams to ensure successful client onboarding
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Candidate Requirements
* German: C2 / Native level (mandatory)
* English: B2 level or higher
* Proven experience in B2B technical sales (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of technology solutions and consultative sales methodologies
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
* Availability to work on-site in Berlin
Salary & Benefits
* Fixed Monthly Salary: €3,100 gross
* Performance Bonus: Up to €700 gross per month (based on individual performance)
