The Senior Tech Partner & Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in driving technological innovations and solutions for digital marketing across TUI.
As a key bridge between digital marketing operations and technology teams, this role ensures successful implementation of digital strategies, optimising efficiency and enhancing customer experiences.
This position is critical to TUI’s digital transformation journey, supporting scalable performance marketing solutions in a high-growth, global context.
The role also owns the commercial and contractual relationships with TUI’s key marketing technology partners such as Google, Meta, Smartly and others – ensuring contracts, SLAs and renewals are managed effectively and in alignment with Procurement, Legal and Data Protection teams.
It leads the preparation and coordination of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) across all markets, driving accountability, partnership value, and compliance in execution.

ABOUT THE JOB
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in IT and across the regions to define ultimate technology roadmap for digital marketing solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Implement end to end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration into E2E aligned operational processes with all the regions and adjoining departments.
* Partner with teams in operations, marketing, finance, and customer service to identify tech-driven efficiencies, Solutions need to be connected with other (internal & external) systems and be fed with all the necessary data
* Lead cross-functional implementation projects from planning to post-launch optimization with full implementation in all regions
* Own and manage contractual relationships and partner operations with key global vendors (Google, Meta, Smartly, etc.), coordinating with Procurement, Legal, and Data Protection to ensure all solutions and agreements meet TUI’s compliance, privacy, and governance standards
* Lead and coordinate Joint Business Plans (JBPs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and related partner reporting and administrative processes to ensure consistency and strategic alignment across all markets.
* Maintain relationships with third-party technology providers, like Google, Meta, negotiating service agreements to maximize performance
* Utilise analytics and key performance metrics to refine digital strategies. Set standards for reporting and monitor performance to define actions for improvement
* Drive user adoption and engagement by implementing effective training programs for all stakeholders in regions and stakeholder communication strategies
* Ensure technological implementations align with regulatory and security standards.
ABOUT YOU
* Demonstratable experience in technology implementation and digital transformation roles
* Proven experience in leading large-scale projects within corporate environments, ideally within the travel industry
* Strong experience managing external technology vendors and owning global contracts, renewals, and SLAs
* Experience with cloud-based systems and digital tools
* Strong knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to develop trusted working relationships across business boundaries
* Exceptional commercial acumen with a target-driven approach and passion for implementing data-driven ideas to maximize growth
* Solid understanding of data privacy, governance, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, platform consent models) and ability to align external partners to these requirements
* Exceptional communication skills, able to translate data into easy-to-understand insights and clearly communicate performance to stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to build presentations that condense data into easy-to-understand insights and recommendations
