What You’ll Do
* Manage national and international customer orders and accounts
* Act as the interface between customers and the company
* Coordinate the services, pick-ups and exports with transport service providers
* Receive and ship goods in compliance with quality and safety standards
* Use ERP and CRM systems
* Support general office administration and organization
* Collaborating closely with Medix Biochemica HQ in Finland and other sites around the world
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in customer service and order management or equivalent tasks
* Knowledge of packaging, shipping, and cargo practices
* Strong IT and system skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Fluency in German and English
