Quality Manager
Mission
Ensures that all incoming and outgoing products fully meet the specifications of any kind (customer, supplier and Azelis) in terms of quality and quantity. It must also be ensured that the raw materials are made available in the desired containers by means of tailor-made and timely packaging. In addition, the function organizes the sending of samples to the customer according to customer order.
Main Accountabilities
1. Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
2. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
3. Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
4. Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
5. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
6. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
7. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
8. Laboratory analyses of raw materials (mainly liquids, TW deliveries) in the case of goods receipt and filling of stock
9. Release and blocking of goods
10. Creation and archiving of test reports (documentation of test results)
11. Inspection and measuring equipment monitoring
12. Calibration of test and measuring equipment
13. Support in testing and release of new raw materials or suppliers/manufacturers
14. Processing of customer inquiries (food/Feed; Case, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics)
15. Support for the conclusion of quality agreements and QM agreements with customers
16. Examination and creation of analysis certificates
17. Batch Plant and AZ deposit in AX
18. Label printing (ESAD, Bayer)
19. Label Creation (Bayer)
20. Document creation (specifications, various commodity statements (mainly for food feed, chemicals))
21. Support for complaint processing
22. Return and Inventory inspection
23. Support for audit preparation (e.g. ESAD)
24. Support of sales people in customer inquiries for sales promotion
Experience, Skilles & Education (example)
25. Bachelors degree preferred, trained chemical Laboratory Assistant or similar
26. Several years of experience in the areas of quality assurance/quality control
27. Certifications and advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma
28. Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
29. Product or industry-specific experience
30. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases
31. Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
32. Solid experience in effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis
33. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
