As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving direct sales and supporting surgical teams in the Munich region. You'll spend at least two days per week in the OR, providing hands-on product expertise and building trusted relationships with surgeons and clinical staff. Key Responsibilities Execute a strategic territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets Be present in the OR at least 2 days per week to support procedures and demonstrate product value Build strong relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital procurement departments Deliver product training, clinical support, and post-sale follow-up Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience About You Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally in surgical or OR-focused products Comfortable and confident in the operating room environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in German and proficient in English Based in or near Munich with flexibility to travel across the region What's on Offer Company car, phone, laptop, and full expenses Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing clinical training A dynamic, supportive team and a growing product portfolio
