Job Description About your tasks: Define and own the enterprise analytics architecture across Fabric and Databricks, aligning platform design with business scale and long-term data strategy. Architect and optimize large-scale semantic and data models including incremental refresh, partitioning, aggregation strategies and composite models. Establish a governed metrics layer (DBT) ensuring clear metric definitions, versioned transformations and separation between transformation and consumption. Design and enforce data governance & access control using Unity Catalog, RBAC, RLS/OLS and workspace isolation strategies. Lead performance diagnostics at system level — identifying whether bottlenecks originate from data modeling, DAX logic, Spark processing, capacity strategy or governance setup.
