Job Description
The Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain and logistics processes. The candidate will support the supply chain team in complex or escalated cases, including quality issues with deliveries or external production, inventory discrepancies or stock deviations in the ERP system, SAP/ERP support for the team, and assisting with material and production forecasting to ensure efficient supply chain planning.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
* Several years of experience in production, procurement, or logistics, preferably with interfaces to quality management or ERP systems
* Experience with SAP or another ERP system
* Knowledge in Quality Management (QM) and experience handling supplier claims, production defects, or inventory discrepancies
