As Near Patient Physician Lead, you will play a central leadership role in ensuring U.S. Military beneficiaries in Germany receive high-quality, coordinated care within the host nation healthcare system.

You will work directly with military medical leadership, German healthcare providers, and International SOS teams to remove barriers to care, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen healthcare delivery across borders.
You will influence how care is delivered at scale guiding clinical standards, mentoring physicians, and shaping the success of the Near Patient Program across Germany.
