Credentials REQUIRED: Licensed Pharmacist (Delaware Eligible), BLS, ACLS, PALS.
Experience REQUIRED: Years of Hospital Experience and completion of clinical training
Education REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree Pharmacy, BPS Pharmacy Board Certified and Certificate in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care.
