The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The IT department takes care of all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.
How you will CELLebrate
* Lead and mentor a team of Power Platform developers and automation specialists
* Collaborate with stakeholders / departments to understand business processes, workflows, and objectives and translate business requirements into effective Power Platform solutions
* Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, reliability, security, and compliance. Set clear objectives, supply guidance, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery
* Enforce best practices in solution design, development, and maintenance
* Change management related to Power Platform adoption within the organization
What you need for our CELLebration
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team
* Proven experience as a Power Platform developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
* Experience with living / working in a multicultural environment
* Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum/ KANBAN/ SAFe)
* Fluent English and German at a business fluent level
What else can you bring
* Experience with software development (outside of Microsoft Power Platform)
* Knowledge in Azure
* Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform
