Tasks
1. Coordination and steering of global tender‑related activities
2. Continuous improvement and automation of pricing processes and tools, incl. AI‑supported solutions
3. Calculation of prices for all regular business requests (incl. tenders) and alignment with t:m sales units
4. Conducting price simulations for regular adjustment rounds (e.g., annual increases, flight plan changes)
5. Creation of calculators to support global Customer Service units
6. Identification of price erosion areas and implementation of countermeasures
7. Price data maintenance
8. Ensure competitive, market‑oriented pricing for tenders and regular business
9. Ensure profitability of t:m products and services with Key Account Manager and Operational Key Account Manager

Requirements
10. Fluent in English
11. Independent, solution‑oriented work attitude with fast apprehension
12. Very good organizational skills and ability to work in a matrix setup
13. Excellent intercultural skills
14. Strong negotiation skills
15. Strong competency with Microsoft Excel
16. Good data analytics skills, ideally with Microsoft Power BI
17. Ability to collaborate effectively with global Sales, OKAMs, Network & Product Management, Customer Service, and BI/Analytics teams
