Our Munich site, close to major automotive hubs, serves as a key innovation and development center. We are looking for a Project Program Manager (m/f/d) to lead high‑impact initiatives across CAIP Group and factory partners, aligning stakeholders and resources to deliver complex programs on time, within budget, and to defined quality and compliance standards. Your Role: Lead project planning and coordination, including development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets for automotive cockpit programs Gather, analyze, and align stakeholder requirements (e.g. OEM customers, engineering, design) for cockpit and HMI systems Plan, lead, and coordinate cross‑functional resources across engineering, IT, supply chain, and manufacturing teams Define program milestones and drive execution to ensure delivery against scope, timing, cost, quality, and compliance targets Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Program Management, IT, Supply Chain, and plants, to deliver critical initiatives ensuring supply chain reliability, product quality, functional safety, and regulatory compliance Your Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable qualification Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management with proven team leadership responsibility Solid initial experience in project development activities for major automotive OEMs Professional experience in Research & Development is a strong plus Experience in automotive interior systems (e.g. cockpit, HMI, trim) is an advantage Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a confident professional demeanor Fluent in German and proficient in English BENEFITS Professional growth and influence on high‑impact projects Work in a dynamic, international environment Shape the European expansion of CAIP #J-18808-Ljbffr
