Your Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end responsibility for acquiring strategically relevant new customers
2. Development and execution of go-to-market strategies for defined target segments
3. Identification and development of complex business opportunities in an enterprise environment
4. Management of sophisticated sales projects involving multiple stakeholders
5. Leading negotiations at C-level through to successful contract closure
6. Building and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to prospective clients
7. Close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to further develop the sales strategy
8. Continuous market analysis and identification of trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics
Your Profile:
9. Proven track record of success in new logo sales, ideally within a SaaS environment
10. Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise customers
11. Strong hunter mentality combined with strategic sales capabilities
12. Confident presence and communication skills at executive and C-level
13. Ability to translate customer needs into sustainable business solutions
14. High level of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset
15. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies is a strong advantage
16. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
