Regional Sales Manager | Remote
Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for cutting-edge technology and strong industry networks? My client is a growing innovator in electronic components, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across key markets.
What You’ll Do:
* Formulate and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and grow market share
* Lead and mentor a regional sales team to peak performance
* Collaborate closely with Marketing and R&D to align product offerings with market needs
* Analyse market trends and adjust tactics to stay ahead of the curve
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in sectors like Automotive Electronics, Medical Devices, and Smart Logistics
What You Bring:
* 10+ years of sales experience, with proven success in managing teams and hitting targets
* Solid experience working with international customers and Chinese companies
* Familiarity with components such as connectors, screens, and electronic mechanical parts
* Strong cross-functional communication skills and customer relationship expertise
* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or related fields — MBA a plus
