This role will be pivotal in driving the commercial strategy and managing high-impact partnerships across multiple markets. You’ll lead negotiations, optimize commercial agreements, and unlock scalable growth opportunities.About The TeamThe Growth team drives Fever’s business strategy across all markets. We ensure partner performance aligns with expectations and accelerate growth worldwide. The New Business team focuses on crafting compelling commercial proposals to secure partnerships, lead upselling and cross-selling, provide demand forecasts, and identify optimal locations for Fever Originals and major third-party events. Our approach is data-driven, enabling collaboration across teams to steer growth.About The RoleFever is seeking a Growth Senior Associate to join our New Business team. You’ll lead negotiations, optimize commercial agreements, and drive high-impact partnerships across multiple markets. You will:Lead and oversee commercial agreements with strategic partners, working with General Managers to define negotiation strategies and analyze partner performance.Manage day-to-day responsibilities related to negotiations and partnerships in a fast-paced, international environment.Define and improve negotiation strategies and analyze performance to create high-value collaborations.Be responsible for day-to-day activities including negotiation preparation and alignment of commercial terms for strategic partnerships.Key attributes include strong analytical skills, strategic vision, stakeholder management, and the ability to execute quickly across Website Ownership: Manage your region/end-to-end negotiations, evolving commercial conditions and tailored partner value propositions.Strategic Deal Analysis: Evaluate partnership feasibility using demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and mutual value analysis.Commercial Strategy: Define and implement commercial strategies for each market in coordination with General Managers.Major Deal Leadership: Lead preparation and alignment of commercial terms for strategic, high-stake partnerships.Negotiation Support: Represent Fever in key negotiations with prospective partners and secure favorable outcomes.Growth Expansion: Identify opportunities to scale partnerships across new geographies and deepen alliances.Performance Support: Collaborate with performance teams to anticipate issues and improve the commercial framework.Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as main contact between Growth and other teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Ops, PMs) for your region.Global Perspective: Work across up to 40 countries with a diverse, international team.About YouWe’re looking for a results-driven, analytically strong, commercially savvy leader with a passion for building impactful partnerships and growing business at scale.
