What you can expect from us:
* Support of the Technical Manager and daily collaboration with the entire Center Management Team
* Ensuring and monitoring the technical and infrastructural facility management of the shopping center, in particular in accordance with applicable technical regulations and legal requirements
* Awarding contracts, preparing and negotiating agreements, coordinating and managing external service providers (e.g., cleaning, security) as well as the in‑house technician team; applying commercial knowledge to ensure legally compliant and cost‑effective agreements
* Optimizing and implementing new developments in technical facility management
* Maintenance and preservation of the property’s value, considering economic and ecological aspects
* Contributing to the preparation and adherence of maintenance and investment budgets
* Implementing group‑wide safety standards
* Acting as a competent point of contact for tenants, authorities, and external companies
What you should bring to the role:
* A completed degree in Facility Management, Building Technology or a comparable qualification, or a completed technical or commercial vocational training in these fields
* Initial professional experience or relevant internships in facility management or similar areas
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills, combined with a structured way of working
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to optimize processes
* First experience in budget planning and budget management is an advantage
* Strong understanding of and interest in sustainability
* Good MS Office skills and good command of English
* Business‑fluent German and good English skills
