We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support our budgeting, forecasting, and improving existing processes. This role involves analyzing financial data, tracking expenses, optimizing costs, and providing insights to enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Budgeting & Expense Analysis
* Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and identifying key drivers.
* Track and analyze expenses, preparing reports on key cost categories.
* Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support vendor contract negotiations.
Financial Data Analysis & Reporting
* Develop reports and dashboards to monitor financial performance and key metrics.
* Support financial modeling and return on investment (ROI) assessments.
* Ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation in financial systems.
Project & Process Improvement Support
* Provide analytical support for financial planning and decision-making.
* Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
* Collaborate with various teams to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
Skills and Experience needed
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
* Experience with ERP systems and financial analysis tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar software.
* Strong business partnering skills and ability to build relationships across functions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
