Regional Sales Manager – Germany

Are you a commercially driven sales professional looking for the opportunity to build a market, influence strategy, and make a visible impact within a growing international business?

Our client is a highly respected manufacturer of professional HVAC service, diagnostic and technical solutions, trusted by contractors and service professionals worldwide. Following continued growth across Europe, they are investing further in Germany and are seeking experienced Regional Sales Managers to help drive the next stage of expansion.

This is far more than a traditional sales role.

Youll take ownership of your territory, develop and execute regional growth plans, strengthen distributor partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and increase market penetration across a strategically important region.

The successful candidate will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and be empowered to make commercial decisions that directly influence business performance and market development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing regional sales strategies

• Managing and expanding distributor and channel partner relationships

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities

• Increasing market share and brand visibility

• Delivering technical product presentations and demonstrations

• Gathering market intelligence and competitor insights

• Managing sales activity and pipeline through CRM systems

• Representing the business at trade shows, customer events and industry meetings

Were particularly interested in candidates who have:

* Experience selling technical products, tools, instrumentation, HVAC solutions or related industrial products
* A successful track record in B2B sales and business development
* Experience working with distributors, wholesalers or channel partners
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* The ability to operate independently within a field-based sales environment
* Excellent presentation and relationship-building capabilities
* Fluent German language skills (essential)
* Good English language skills, as youll be working within an international organisation
