Legal Counsel - Corporate Law
Location: Bremen
An international engineering and manufacturing group is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its legal department. The role focuses on corporate, contract, and commercial law, advising business units and contributing to complex, cross-border projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide corporate law support for domestic and international entities.
* Advise on governance, decision-making processes, and committee matters.
* Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and project documentation.
* Support strategic initiatives, restructurings, and company formations.
* Prepare legal analyses and recommendations for senior management.
* Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical guidance.
* Coordinate with external counsel, notaries, and authorities.
* Collaborate closely with internal legal teams to deliver efficient legal support.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified lawyer.
* Several years’ experience in a law firm or in-house legal role.
* Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law
* Experience with complex transactions/projects preferred.
* Clear, structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Independent, solution-oriented working style.
* Fluent in German and English.
