Your tasks:
You will be developing the IT strategy in interaction with all stakeholders in IT and business to ensure that IT is optimally supporting our business in alignment with relevant regulation. You will design suitable ways of tracking and reporting against the successful implementation of the strategy and will contribute to its communication. You will be responsible for defining and implementing our IT Governance framework in alignment with market standards (e.g. COBIT, ISO) as well as frameworks and requirements defined across Deutsche Boerse Group and you will represent EEX in group wide alignment processes. Your guidance will be key for all IT functions on the design of their process definitions. You will drive practical and effective solutions that focus on results. Proven excellence in communication will be essential in aligning stakeholders and reporting to and interacting with our C-Level. You bring along:
* Several years proven experience in the required field
* Prior experience in IT Strategy and Governance topics is mandatory
* Experience with regulated IT environments is important (e.g. banking)
* First-hand practical exposure to the IT value chain from customer management via development, operations, technology and service management is appreciated
* Experience in collaboration across a group structure is appreciated
* Business English at negotiation level
